My dad first took me to VBS Community Stadium in 1982. Took my grandson to this one.
Saturday at VBS Community Stadium, Sutton United against Hartlepool United. Passed it well, moved it quickly, looked like a team. We were the better side for most of it and the scoreline says so.
Bar was heaving before kick-off. Official attendance 1,834.
Got there in the end. More of that.
